Our Packages

Pregnancy & Birth

  • When you hire me as your doula, we will meet together for 2 prenatal appointments to get to know each other, discuss your desires for birth and any struggles you may be having, and create a birth plan that gives you peace, confidence, and makes you feel prepared. You will get free access to my online course “Tear Prevention” (value $37) and the use of my obiTENS machine for your labour and birth. You can text or email me during your pregnancy with any questions and concerns, or if you just need an ear or a shoulder. I will be on call from 38 weeks and join you when you feel you need me for your birth and up to 2 hours after to help you establish feeding and make sure you are settled. We will have another postpartum meeting after you are home to check in and follow up on any issues you may be having, and text support continues to a week following birth.

  • $800 + GST (Slave Lake Hospital)

    $1400 + GST (Out of town up to 3 hours)

Pregnancy & Birth, with Postpartum Add-on

  • In this package, you will get everything from the birth package with the addition of a postpartum planning session including workbook to keep, and postpartum text/e-mail support up to 6 weeks postpartum for all those “getting adjusted” needs so you are confidently transitioned to parenthood.

  • $900 + GST (Local birth)

    $1500 + GST (Out of town birth up to 3 hours)

Virtual

  • When you choose virtual support, you will get all the communication and information you need exactly like the in-person packages, just minus me personally attending your birth. I will be available for text questions and 2 phone calls during birth if you desire. Postpartum follow-up included, at the level you choose! This package is perfect for those who live outside my service area, prefer not to have anyone else at their birth, or are looking for a lower investment. I’ve got you covered! (Yes, free “tear prevention” course included if you’re my client!).

  • $500 + GST for Pregnancy & Birth

    $600 + GST for Pregnancy & Birth with Postpartum Add-on
